“There’s a popular misconception about Robusta.Unlike Arabica, Robusta coffee is produced cheaply in factories as a canned coffee and shouldn’t, therefore, be taken seriously. However, as a barista, I want people to see that Robusta coffee, with the right roasting technique, can present a unique flavor. You’ll get a taste like chocolate, almond, or even a strong taste of cheese. That’s why we roast our coffee beans in small batches ourselves. The coffee comes from farmers in many provinces in Thailand. You can enjoy beach volleyball, drink a good cup of coffee and support Thai Robusta farmers at the same time!”
